We design, supply, and install your shade sail. Our cost is more than the cost of a cheap pre-made sail, but we can guarantee a far superior product.
A shade sail can be more cost effective alternative to a pergola or patio. Remember, a quality product will remain long after the cheap price is forgotten.
Do I need to take shade sails down for winter?
This depends upon your location and sail size. If you live in a very windy area, it can be a good idea to take your sails down for the winter.
Otherwise they are fine to leave up all year round.
How long do shade sails last?
You can expect 10 years from a well maintained sail.
What warranty can I have?
Depending on your location and what you intend to do with your sail. We can offer a warranty up to 10 years.
Can I repair my old dirty shade sail?
Yes, however in a lot of cases shade sails made from inferior quality materials can degrade over time and it may be easier and almost the same cost to get a new one.
Are shade sails waterproof?
To an extent, yes. They will deflect the majority of water. If you need a 100% waterproof solution, talk to us about a PVC tension membrane sail or canopy.
Can I leave shade sails up all year?
If they are professionally installed yes. Some loose poorly installed sails can flap in the wind and this will cause further damage to the sail and fixing points.
Do shade sails need maintenance?
It can be a good idea to check that the sail remains properly tensioned if you live in a very windy area, otherwise no maintenance is required.
What colour shade sails can I have?
The choice of colours is almost unlimited.
How long does it take to put up shade sails?
Depends on size. For a normal residential type sail we can design and install your sail within a week.
How much UV do shade sails stop?
Darker cloths have higher UV ratings. Up to 99%.
Can I put up a shade sail?
Yes, for smaller domestic applications, this is possible.
